How to Put Pictures

I want to put some pictures of Jake on the Forum and on the Cat Page I am building. I don't have a scanner or know anyone who does. How do I put pictures on the computer?

If you know someone who has a scanner see if you can use it. Scan your pictures & copy them to a CD disk. Then bring the disk home, download the pictures to your computer & you can post the pictures here.:confused3 :confused3 :confused3
Now, as for getting the pictures on a page here, that I still can't figure out!!! AAAHHH! Gees, what am I doing wrong?? I hit the browse button, find the picture I want but When I hit the IMG tab above the adress won't go in. I have my pictures in MY Documents on my desk top, so they don't have an address. Any help???
