Does anyone know of a site where I can search for vets who specialize in dental care?

Thanks,

Carrie

When I tried to find one in my area, I did a google search on "dental vets Kansas City" and found one. I also asked my vet for a referral and she gave me the name of someone that didn't come up in google. I also called a cat specialist and asked for a referral. I've yet to find a site that lists all of them.

Thanks! I will google for some in my area. My regular vet is GREAT but I'm not sure he knows much about stomatitis. I asked him for his opinion on what type of food would be best for a cat with stomatitis and he told me some dry food there. I was like

Thanks again

Thank you very much. I think I'm going to take him to one that although is about an hour away from my house, seems to be very experienced. Whatever it takes to help my Kuki feel better!

Thanks once again

Did you know that there is a yahoo group that is dedicated to stomatitis? Go to yahoogroups.com and do a find for that group. They talk a lot about food there, as all of the cats have oral or auto-immune problems.

Yep I'm actually a member of it! Thanks! It has been quite helpful. I'm going to call a dental vet tomorrow and hopefully take Kuki in asap!
