I am all the time kissing Bodhi and Siddha. Each has specific kissing spots... For Bodhi, it's his cheeks and the top of his head. He also loves to push his face against my chest if I'm holding him in a chair, and so I always lean over and kiss his head for a while and sing to him. He's my baby.

For Siddha, I usually cradle him on his back like a baby and kiss his tummy and little front paws. He just purrs and closes his eyes. If it's bedtime, he climbs on my chest and puts his face on my cheek and gives me kisses, so of course, I kiss him on the cheek too.

Both my kitties love to give and receive affection. I love it!

Every evening when I get home from work I pick up both boys (who are always waiting by the door for me) and give them kisses on top of their head.

Awwww.....great story of Pixie now loving her kisses and affection.

Larry loves his kisses. And this from a tough Brooklyn street cat who wouldn't let me near him for a couple of months. He does the head butt thing, to get the kisses on the top of his head, never stops purring when I pick him up, and lifts his head up so I can kiss him under his chin, on his neck. What a marshmallow.

I tell Lisa (my friend who rescued him) this, and she just starts crying with happiness.

Of course they get kisses!! Mostly on the top of their heads, but Tailer likes them on the cheek, too. We also rub them with our chins to "mark" them back so they know they're forever ours.

My little one gets kisses alllll over her face. Sometimes when I'm giving her love, I can hold onto her face and just plant kisses everywhere - her eyes, her ears, her cheeks, her mouth. She loves it so much. And she always has since a baby. Loves to be kissed.

I give my cats so many kisses my mouth is continually filled with hair! LOL!

As for Rasberries - when Ben had his surgery in january they shaved his tummy and I could NOT help kiss or give rasberries to those spots! LOL!

He just looks as me like "Oh MOM!" LOL!

I kiss and snoodle my cats all the time. Cassie likes to act like she dosen't like it but she keeps letting me do it..lol. Little Bit will let me cuddle and kiss her all day if I would.... she loves affection! Ashley was the only cat I ever had that actually didn't like it. She wanted to kiss me instead!

They are much too precious, and we have them for far too short a time not to shower them with love as much as possible. Anyone who dosen't understand that I have no use for.

I have a friend at work who's sisters cat has just had a littler of kittens and they have offered me one when they are ready. Ashley only crossed over about a month ago. Is it too soon to consider another bundle of joy for my other two's sake? Any insight would be welcome.

If you are ready for another cat, then you are ready. The time period varies from person to person, and cat to cat.

Make sure you follow as much safe introduction procedures as you can!

hehe, of course all of us would kiss our babies. I do this funny thing with Bella, I make kissy noises and she'll lean in curiously, then I'll kiss her and she'll lick her lips, haha. It's too cute. And I nuzzle her a lot, she hates it but she is my daughter so it must be done!

I do too Loki gives us kisses. he goes around eveyone in the family and kisses us. He scents us by rubbing his face on our lips. My oldest daughter just needs to say "kisses" and he's there.

On the humming note I try..try to purr back at them into their fur on the back of their necks. I love kissy kitties.

Thanks, I feel like I am ready, although I will never forget Ashley. Cassie and Little Bit seem to have adjusted well now. So we will see what happens.
