anyone know a site with some good info? or any personal experiences they would like to share?

The last time i dealt with cancer was almost 3yrs ago, with my 1yo Kyla

anyhow, their was nothing anybody could do... i lost her.
now i get this wonderful trip again with her half brother. He has a tumor, and is losing weight... now he is still drinking -so nobody worry there- however his eating is well, basically not there.

I suppose i am trying to get myself with a game plan here... when i lost his sister... their was no hope at all. With him i am not sure. I am back to the vet tomorrow... but i am a basketcase lol he just turned 3 so this is a young cat.

His weight is the most concerning obviously... i guess i am at a loss i realize really only the vet can make suggestions of what further options -if any- their are but i wanted to do some reading or speaking with others who have dealt with this, i wish we could stabilize his weight because without that i am really not sure this is going to end well.

thanks.

I would start with http://www.zzcat.com. It is a collection of resources and links to pages about feline cancer, both in general and for specific types. Also, there is is a list of links under support to support groups for feline cancer--you may find those useful as well. I know that I've always benefited from the groups I've been part of (while I have not had a cat with cancer yet, I have had one with hyperthyroidism and one with FLUTD and FIP).
