Has anyone used one of these "Cat-Holes" on a door in their home?

We have two of our litter boxes in the laundry room. Unfortunately the circulation in our home is quite unfortunate in that when the boys use a box the smell immediately goes down the hall and into my Husband's office. For some reason the laundry room can smell ok, but his office -OMG.
My Husband has been quite good about it so far but we both agree it's time to get some sort of pet door for the laundry room door. A regular pet flap will not work because of the raised panel designs - but I saw this Cat-Hole advertised and thought it might be a great idea. It's small enough that it would not interfere with the door panels and I can paint it to match.
Anyone have any experience in using one?
