ACFA Fargo Show Postponed!

Hubby got a call from the show manager for Fargo show next week. They are postponing it cause of water problems caused by the Red River (plumbing mainly). They will try and reschedule it - if not, then they will refund the monies.

Send vibes to them so they can reschedule and not lose much.

I figured that was going to happen. The flooding is expected to be really bad.

Hopefully they can postpone for 2 weeks - the last weekend is ACFA Minnesota show, but maybe they can have it the weekend before. Otherwise, it goes into the new season.

Oh wow - I hope they don't lose too much $$!

I wonder if their insurance covers this. . . I'll keep my fingers crossed for the club. I guess Freckles and Grover will have to debut another weekend

The show is just postponed - it will be rescheduled. I looked up the Fairgrounds home page. Right now, they are opening the entire fairgrounds for anyone that needs to bring in their pets for shelter and what to bring with you.

The website has pictures of the volunteers, crates lined up - right now they have a 4 day old fold and mom housed there. So its a good thing for the pet owners since they can't take them in the people shelters.

But on the other side -you would think they would have learned from Katrina where people would not leave if they couldn't take the pets........
