I usually just use my phone for the time but I wanted a different option. But I have incredibly small wrist and watches tend to not fit me right. So I went to various craft stores last night and bought a bunch of beads and a watch face. But then I decided I would make the watch face detachable so that I can change the beads out whenever I want! I have 3 sets right now but only one is finished. Although I'm going to redo part of it and put a toggle clasp cause the ones on their are really hard to use. I just need some ideas on how to do it! Anyways:

What do you think?

That's a really cool idea! Especially the interchangeable part so your watch can match what you're wearing!

Personally, I think the watch is a bit bland for the bracelet/band you've attached it to. Though I bet that's because you didn't have that much to choose from at the store. I suggest you look around for inexpensive but very pretty watches (check pawn shops!) you can take apart to make your creations - maybe some with shell faces and some smaller or oval ones. For the colors you used there you need to stick with copper or gold for the watch, too. But it's a very good idea. I hope to see a few more from you in the future.

the reason I went with silver was the other beads match with silver. These beads were an afterthought more than anything lol but it was easy and didnt invovle me dragging out anything extra! And yeah the craft stores didnt have a lot to pick from... the only one with a bit of a design was more of a tribal/native american design.
I'm hoping to get a different one! But wanted to test it first! Cause yeah I agree the silver and copper bothers me too but I didnt want it to be all copper.
