Bugsy has been on antibiotics since Monday (ClinDops), and he had a cortizone shot yesterday (Depo-Medrol). He has been a little too quiet - he is drinking, eating and using the box normally, but doesn't want to play. I am not sure if this is a side effect of the meds, or shear trauma... He had 2 vet visits this week, and was not happy about it at all.
Is it normal for him to be quiet like this? He always loved playing chase with Lucky, and she has been TRYING, but he just looks at her and continues to do his own thing - which mostly has been sleeping...
Should I be worried, or this is normal?

Since he's drinking, eating and using the box - chances are he's fine and just a bit overwhelmed. New meds are stressful on the body, as well as the emotional stress of the vet visits.

However, if you feel uncomfortable, do ring your vet and let her/him know. It's great that you are so vigilant and behavioral changes are definitely something to keep an eye on in this situation. Him being sleepy could possibly be a side effect of the meds, which may or may not require further veterinary action.

It's normal for them to be a little lethargic when that much has happened in a short timeframe. Remember, too that medicines can make them feel "off". As long as he's keeps eating/drinking/doing the litterbox thing he's OK. I also wouldn't be too surprised to see some changes in his poop with the antibiotics.

I usually mix some bene bac into wet food when anyone is on antibiotics to keep the good bacteria levels up.

that your boy feels better!

Since Bugsy got a cortisone shot yesterday, something very important to keep in mind:

Most cats will experience lethargy from the steroid shot for 24 hrs.

Please ignore the rest as it doesn't apply to Bugsy.

One other thing. Antibiotics in general can cause vomiting, diarrhea, decreased appetite and lethargy.

With 2 meds and 2 vet visits it's normal for your baby to be quiet. But keep an eye on him just the same and if he doesn't perk up in a couple of days definitely call your vet for advice.
