My Trixie can use all the vibes she can get...

Guys, I haven't been on much.........Trixie has been sick this past weekend. I got her into the vet first thing this morning and the vet called me this afternoon telling me she had a 105 fever and she has one of two things........a massive infection some where or cancer...........if I can get any vibes at all for her to pull through this somehow with an infection that we can treat, I would be so forever grateful......this is the first health scare I've had to deal with with TTP&B since I got Trixie almost 8 years ago as a kitten.

The vet won't know exactly what's he's dealing with until tomorrow when the blood work comes back......

I can't tell you how sad I'm feeling.......she's my little angel and I feel like a part of me is dying......she's in a cage at the vet's office tonight when all I want to be doing is holding her, telling her I'm there and it will be all right........

Any prayers/vibes you can give are so appreciated......

I knew my friends here at TCS would understand......

Oh man-I know what you are feeling. Poor Trixie. Sending lots of vibes that its treatable.
As a owner of a cat with cancer I'm hoping for the best and sending many vibes.

Vet just called and said he had good news in that her fever is gone.....that he gave her an anti inflamatory. He won't have the reports that he needs to tell me definitely what it is until probably Wednesday. Come on my baby girl...fight fight fight.........

THAT is certainly encouraging!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pumping up the vibes!

It's so hard we we have to leave our sweeties at the vet's.
Adding my vibes that Trixie continues to improve and this is an infection that will heal quickly and be over.
