The father is a Seal point Siamese. The kittens are just beautiful... it will certainly be a hard thing to get rid of any of them.. but we are just keeping one. We only have ONE name picked out, and it's for the dirty looking white one. It's name is Blue (as I'm a huggeee Blue October fan)

Ohhh, sorry about that...I forgot that you owned the father...hmmm...I'm curious how they got a ginger kitten..
I suppose it's to do with the further back genetics.
Are some of your cats the kittens from Murphy's litter? Wow...you have a lot of cats... lucky you...where I live you can only have two cats(not including kittens).
Ali looks like a wonderful, proud mom...you can see it on her face in the pics...

The black cat is one of Murphy's kittens.

All we have right now in the house is the black cat, The siamese, the tuxedo cat and Ali and her kits. Murphy had to be put to sleep in September due to prolapsed rectum... after it kept happening after surgeries. We still miss her.

Well, Ali carries both red and black genes, since she's a torbie (as far as I can tell.) So the male has just one x chromosome, and it carries the red. I'm guessing that the black is also male. Babies are VERRRRY cute!

I'm really sorry to hear about Murphy...she was a really pretty cat.
Congrats on the babies though! They're adorable!

I guess your little ones are getting bigger now! In a few days they'll start opening their eyes...I love that stage!

Yes, they are 4 days old today! I'm noticing on the white ones, that the tips of their ears are starting to get a dark grey around them... sooo their tips are just starting to ever so slightly come in! I can't wait til they are all runnin around.

Aw, I know...one day you can't wait for them to be born, then the next they're gone! It goes by so fast! I love it whe they start to run around and play...they're adorable! And they've probably nearly doubled in size! It's incredible how fast they grow.
Hmm, maybe your white guys will end up looking like their daddy.

I really think they will.... maybe with more tabby markings instead of his solid points. They are growing! I'll get some 1 week pictures on Saturday.
