Pat, there's nothing I can add to this, except that I understand how you feel these days, they do so take a part of our hearts with them, don't they? Why do I feel that Alix, Larissa and my Yum Yum are raising a ruckus at the RB while they wait for us? ((((hugs)))) and my prayers, my friend.

Oh Pat, I'm so very sorry. My heart just sank when I logged on and saw this thread. Please know that you and your husband are both in my prayers. I will say a prayer for sweet Alix's little soul.

I was so sad to see this. I was really hoping for miracle for your Alix.

I know what you are going through. I lost my precious Ashley too Saturday. I've cried until my eyes are sore, but I wouldn't trade the time I had with her for anything May both our babies Rest in Peace across the Bridge until we meet them again.

I'm so sorry for your loss of one so special.

Pat I am SO sorry, this is just so unfair. If you ever need to talk or vent I'm here. Another good friend of mine lost her business partner in October. Micah - from Jake and Micah. I'm so sorry. Rest in Peace Alix.

Me too. Oh my, we are so so so very sorry. Words aren't enough. I was devastated with SiSi leaving at 11 years by my side every single day... I can only imagine how you are feeling. You must promise me you will take comfort from Alix watching over you now - and you'll see Alix around you. I know you to be such a sensitive person in tune with the natural world and Alix will shelter you and also keep you strong and safe. It's so hard to imagine that now, but in time...as time passes... it will be.

Our family sends peace to yours, ALL of us from down south here to you.
