Yesterday I got around to taking some pictures and posting items wanted and for sale on craigslist.

I had toyed around with selling my "vintage" vanity for several months now as I need something woth more storage so I posted it for sale.

A mere 75 minutes later I received an email from an interested person and 8 minutes after that another one!

The first party came last night and she bought it-for my asking price too.
So it was sold and gone 6 hours after the posting!

Bad thing is since I didn't plan on having it sell so quickly I now have to find another dresser (Neil wants to build one) to store my undergarments!

Hopefully the Jazz CD's and starting your own business books move quickly too.

Lucky you!

I listed an antique vanity forever, and nothing. I eventually donated it to charity just to reclaim the space.

See, that shows you how much I know! I was thinking of those "Buy houses for no money down" or "Amway" or something...

Oh no-these were some books I bought at Barnes and Noble. I was over-eager when I was exploring the business start up phase and bought a few not realizing they had alot of the same information.
