This link was posted on the Yahoo Herpes group. I found it very interesting and educational. I also read the article from the link in the chart. It was a good read as well.

Someone really should have done the homework... that chart is quite inaccurate on what a grain is

What grains are inaccurately labeled?

Anything with gluten in it should be listed as a protein, rather than a grain, since gluten is the protein portion of the plant seed. The chart lists corn gluten meal in red, indicating that it is a grain rather than a protein. Also, the discussion on named meat (like chicken) vs. named meat meal (like chicken meal) glosses over the concept that meat still contains water whereas meat meal does not.

... also Soy is NOT a grain
