Someone really should have done the homework... that chart is quite inaccurate on what a grain is
... Very good chart if put together accurately

Anything with gluten in it should be listed as a protein, rather than a grain, since gluten is the protein portion of the plant seed. The chart lists corn gluten meal in red, indicating that it is a grain rather than a protein. Also, the discussion on named meat (like chicken) vs. named meat meal (like chicken meal) glosses over the concept that meat still contains water whereas meat meal does not.
