This little girl is so adorable I just had to share her pics. She was trapped by the TNR group I used to volunteer with, but is actually tame - very loving, friendly and has the cutest personality. Vet thinks she's 8-10 months old. No luck finding her owners so far. She doesn't have a name yet. Some ideas being considered are Betsy, Ginger, Ashley and Claire (I have a couple of favorites among those).

Here's the little beauty:

Not yet. The TNR group wants to be sure she's not someone pet first since she's so friendly and appears well cared for. She wasn't micro-chipped (or spayed yet - is now), so they're going to make flyers and run a "found" ad in the local paper.

Oh Eileen I so wish I was near you. What a gorgeous calico queen.

She looks like a Betsy or Ashley to me

Pam, you should know by now that distance isn't an issue for the Kitty Fairy.

Even though I love the names Claire and Ginger (because I love a couple of kitties by those names), I really like Betsy for her.

Maybe if I didn't tell hubby--he works alot now, maybe he'd never notice her? Ya think?

She's a doll!!

Oh my gosh...
someones heart must be broken that this gorgeous beauty is gone.
If her family is not found...
she will have no problem finding a loving home.

I don't know where you are, but we have a gorgeous one at our shelter (unless she was adopted on Saturday).

She's a real beauty.

Though I am partial to calicos.

I think she looks like a Blaise, myself.

Oh! Another pretty kitty!

Good luck to both of them on finding forever homes.

Just an update on this pretty young lady: The woman who had been feeding her decided on the name Ginger, so Ginger it is.

There was one response to the "found" ad for Ginger in the newspaper, but the person couldn't provide proof of ownership and admitted that if Ginger was her cat, she hadn't received any vet care.

So, Ginger has officially been up for adoption for two weeks and we've had several responses to her Petfinder listing. A potential adopter is driving two hours to meet her tomorrow and is very excited about the potential of becoming Ginger's new meowmy. Please send adoption vibes for her. Sounds like a wonderful home for this sweet little girl.

Thanks!
