Is it ok to feed a cat raw chicken liver? My cat is anemic as well as CRF in early stages.

Yes but the "experts " cant agree on how much ... some say 100 grams a week( roughly 3 oz ) ... up to 200 grams a week or as LOW as 30 grams a week.... My vet says 100-200 is fine and that is what I did with my RB crf girl

Right now I'm having trouble getting her to eat anything. Usually she loves FF but I don't think she's eaten much in the past 2 or 3 days. Won't touch the K/D. Yikes!

I'm going to buy some livers.

Yes, she did have some tuna juice a few days ago. Haven't tried clams or bonito flakes. What/where do I get bonito flakes? Never heard of that.

Good luck with the livers, my boys love their raw but hate liver! We are still in the stages of slightly cooking it before they'll eat it.

Mine all love liver, chicken liver is easy too since you don't need to cut it up.

Dusty loves raw chicken liver. I worry about giving her too much though. She has early CRF.
