If I'm going to stick around, y'all are going to have to get used to all the behavioral problems of my 3rd cat, Taxi. He is a Holy Terror and we kinda love him for it!

Anyway, we got him as an 8-week old rescue kitten. He terrorized our older cats immediately, although 4 years later it's less constant. Minka and Leo are now almost 12 years old and I worry about them getting hurt! Taxi launches himself onto Leo, knocking him off of various pieces of furniture and jumping on his back to bite his neck. Or sometimes he just swats at Leo's hind legs with his paws when Leo walks by.

Apparently Minka and Leo are gluttons for punishment because they will frequently try to groom Taxi. I think Taxi missed the "Cat Etiquette" classes because whenever they try to groom him, he bites them! Why is that?! Does he not know that grooming is a good thing, that it's not hostile?

Your Taxi sounds like my Go, who not only loves to tease the other cats but enjoys stalking and pouncing on humans. He does not go after food like Taxi but perhaps he might if he considers food some kind of toy to play with.

I would not worry too much about the grooming. I have 11 cats and only 4 bathe each other.
Perhaps the grooming thing is Minka and Leo's way of getting even.

If Taxi is a long hair (or semi-long hair) you will have to take charge of the grooming routine every day. If shorthair don't worry about it too much.

Taxi sounds like a bunch of Cornish Rex kittens who love to get into anything....or an Ocicat litter
