Cruising through some cooking magazines the other day when something caught my eye. So I tried it.

My cookies were too thick to make sandwiches with this ingredient so I just smeared in on the bottom and ate it.

The ingredient??......marshmallow fluff-I have a gourmet vanilla one I using.

Can you say yummy.

What would your improvements be?

I just like putting M&Ms in my chocolate chip cookie mix. And the more the better. I usually use the regular sized M&Ms too. They turn out really chocolaty, and really good!

hmmmmm. I like to add nuts to assorted cookies.... maybe banana. Or white chocolate too. Coconut too. LOVE coconut. (note: I wouldn't add them all together....well maybe the white chocolate and banana)

Mmmm banana choco chip cookies.

I sometimes make mine with a combination of chocolate and butterscotch chips. Something else I tried was instead of using chocolate chips I chopped up a chocolate, butter brickle chocolate bar and added that in place of the chips........
......it turned out really well and added a hint of toffee to the mix.

The best thing to add to a chocolate chip cookie is my teeth!

There's no place like home
I mix oatmeal that I've powdered in a blender with the flour (half and half). Makes the dough so much more rich. Then I grate a big block chocolate bar, and use chocolate chunks instead of chips.

I like chocolate chip cookies just the way they are, no other nuts or other ingredients, they just need to have plenty of chocolate chips...
