I had a weird experience in my Yoga class - was it supernatural or imagination?

Wishing I were anywhere but here
I was in my yoga class last night and was really relaxed for once. We were doing one of the poses where you are on your knees, put one leg out, put the opposite hand on the floor and raise the other arm straight up. I had the wall to the right of me and the only people near me were to the left and behind.

We were pretty spaced out as it was. I had my eyes closed and felt something push into the side of my hand - like a fingertip. I opened my eyes to look around to see if someone had bumped me, but no one had. There was no way anyone could have. So did I feel something supernatural or was it my imagination?

Relax and try that pose at home. Maybe there was a spasm that made it feel like something pushed on your hand.

I know when I get some of the weird jerks in my arms that it sometimes does feel like something is pushing or pulling my arm.

OMG that sounds scary...I'd love to hear what others have to say because I'm curious myself. I love yoga, but now when I close my eyes I will be more cautious lol.

Here again I have mixed feelings. Some things can and can't be explained.
My scientific side says...you were so relaxed that involuntarily your hand muscles relaxed a little later than you did therefore feeling it when it happened. My paranormal side says ....OMG! WILLIES TIME! When you go back to your yoga class try and do the exact same thing and see what happens.............

I assume this was the hand on the ground? In which case you had a good proportion of weight on it? I think it sounds like a muscle twitch.

The explanations so far sound logical to me....but! I've had quite a few experiences that are "unique". The one of mine that was closest to what you describe was an answer to a prayer.....
I had stopped to help a man in a single-car rollover. His truck had gone "head-over-heels" and landed upright, but very crushed. His body was over to the passenger side, his left boot was stuck in the steering wheel. His shoulder was jammed beneath the glove box & his neck was stretched out really far in a 'L' shape, and his ear was against the passenger door handle. He kept going in & out of consciousness. I had covered him with my wool blanket (windchill was -30 that night; a blizzard was just breaking up). I was crouched above him, and the wind was blowing the shattered glass over us and it was so cold, so cold
I became very claustrophobic; my 6 bulging spinal discs (from my own accident 9 months earlier) were aching in protest; I had to get out of there!! I began wheezing with asthma; the wind picked up & tried stealing the blanket - and I prayed out loud, "Please, Sweet Jesus! I can't take this!"....INSTANTLY, I felt a warm stroking on my cheek & the clouds parted & the full moon lit up the scene. I felt instant peace
I stopped shivering & stayed in there with him till the cops arrived & made me crawl out. Nobody else could squeeze into the wreckage; the fire dept. had to use the jaws of life to get him out. At the hospital, his core body temp was 93 and the docs said he would have surely perished in less than an hour at those temps....

It was actually the hand up in the air. So I know it wasn't anyone around me. They would have apologized if they had. I go again tonight so I will see if it happens again.
