Tiny rocks beneath me

Do any of you use those litter mats? And if so do they work?

I never had trouble before but now Maple will 'go' then run right back into my bedroom, then precede to pick out the litter in her toes. Gross!!!

She's been sad since Wieland left and spends all her time in there, sometimes she even crys for him. I got her a ton of new toys but she's kinda ummmfff.

BUT anyway my question was about litter mats?-let me know the good ones, someone told me to just get that green fake grass??

None of those litter track pads ever worked for me so I finally took a 9x9 foot square of extra carpet and used it.

I've heard the fake grass works best, though.

Does litter tracking get worse as they get older? Because Luna doesn't track litter at all, really, even after she's been here for two full days, the bathroom floor is still spotless. I'm hoping things stay this way!
