To answer your question.....

To get Newbie status you must have 1 post.
You do not have the ability to use avatars or signatures at this point.

To Get full Kitten status you must have 5 posts and 1 day in membership
Then you get:
*10 stored PMs
*5 avatars to choose from
*ability to use signatures

Use your USER CP at the top of the page
