Does anyone know if a cat has a oversized uterus, is that a sign that she could have had kittens? My cat was about 1 year old when I found her (she was a stray), and I'm not sure of her history before she came to live with me, but when I had her spayed the vet said that she had a huge uterus.

I wonder about her having kittens because she carries around a glove/mitten and cries. Someone told me she may have lost kittens and that's why she carries the glove. Does anyone have any other ideas on why she's doing this?

It could be. Also, it could be her hunting instinct. She could be using the glove as her pray. If you watch a cat in the wild, they will carry their pray around while making noises.
