Guilty - I eat at this friend of my husband house once and a while and she always makes soup as an appetizer. The thing is she doesn't season the soup so its like boiled water with veggies and pasta. YUCK!!

It's one of my skills as a chef, to get children and other picky eaters to eat their veggies and soy... I make "meat"loaf with cottage cheese and onion soup mix, constantly use soy meat substitutes in chili and lasagna, and put grated carrots and zucchini in hamburgers and tacos.

And when I do it to my hubby, I *never* tell him...
