I take that show with a grain of salt...think about how they represent Khan and his family, and the southwest culture. The 4 guys stand on the curb drinking beer most of the time. That whole show is a goof on something or somebody. I actually find over the top stereotypical behavior humourous so I enjoy the show. Kind of like the simpsons (finally, we beat the indians!)

Remember, it's Mike Judges show, the guy who brought us beavis and butthead

I think it was pretty clear that those guys weren't "real" pagans, just a herd of dorks. Even Bobby, who is fairly clueless on the whole, figured that out at the end. If you had given it 10 more minutes, you'd have felt better about it, I promise.

King of the Hill is a parody show. When it first came out it really tried to reflect reality, but much like the Simpsons, King of the Hill evolved into this over the top cartoon about life in Texas. Life in Texas, in the King of the Hill universe, isn't like life anywhere else. Everything gets blown out of porportion. Like Peggy Hill the Spanish teacher accidently kidnapping a Mexican girl and then ends up avoiding jail testifying in the Mexican courts speaking Spanish. Her Spanish is so terrible that one can't even begin to imagine that she is a Spanish teacher. Or the episode where Hank is trying to sell propane to a New Yorker. The way they displayed both Hank and the New Yorker probably wouldn't be anything like the reality, but it was over the top hilarious.
