Forum Idea

I was just wondering if maybe you all could make a whole seperate forum about movie talk, tv show talk, that way the Cat Lounge doesn't get so full of movie talk and such....I just posted about a movie in there, but I thought of this and wanted to see what everyone else thought...

The lounge was created for 'light hearted' talk I think movies, books, tv, etc are suitable to discuss in the lounge, they are just general conversation topics, not too controversial or heavy.

Having said that though, I will bring the idea up to Anne to see what she thinks. Thanks for the feedback ideas!

I also feel it's a good idea, just like general entertainment, tv, books, latest movies , music & stuff, so then leave the lounge for stories, and pictures and DT's

Ok.

I brought this up w/ the other mods and the feeling is this. The Cat Lounge is supposed to be sort of the 'free' forum to discuss things that perhaps are not feline related. Obviously IMO is also open to other topics other than cats. The problem with creating yet a new forum for say things like media, books, etc, is that its really not cat related, and that is what this site is primarily about.

All topics, other than HOT ones that go in IMO, belong in the regular lounge. But, what about you guys start a thread that pertains to that subject and then everyone can join in with that thread?? Just an idea.

Sorry I couldn't be of more help for you. Perhaps Anne will come up with a better solution to make everyone happy!
