Well, between Mike and my dad, they managed to get the starter replaced in my car, so at least we have 1 car between us. Luckily public transportation's pretty good around here. I can walk to the Max (lightrail system) from here, I just need a ride home from there. Class doesn't get out until 9:30pm, by the time I get back into town it's gonna be 10:00. I am NOT walking the street at 10pm!

Today I have to drop him off at work, then drive out to my parents to do laundry, then back again in time to pick him up. I hope he gets his car fixed this weekend! I don't mind, but it IS a pain. Ah, well, such is life.

Hope everyone has a good day!

Hey everyone! Alex and I are probably going to see the Matrix Reloaded today . . . for the second time, because we didn't get to see the END of the movie the first time, since he had to leave for work. (I'm still trying to remember why exactly I agreed to go so close to when he had to go to work??)

Anyway, I don't know what I'm doing after that, probably doing some genetics homework.

Movin' on up!
Bill is on the roof, working on the cooler. Hopefully, the house won't be as uncomfortable, as yesterday. It was so hot, last night, that it was difficult to sleep. I was up until after midnight and didn't sleep well, at all and got up, at 4:30 this morning. Can't do that, tonight - work tomorrow.

I signed up with an apartment locator service and got an e-mail, from an agent. She has my criteria and, maybe will save me a lot of futile running around.

I thought I'd stop by and say hi. Today is going to be VERY busy day! It's my brother Marc's High School Graduation! It starts at 3, but we'll have to get there by 1:30 so we can get a good seat. Once it's over, we're have a small reception at our house for family and friends. It's going to be a long day, but definitely a good one. I've got to remember to pack the tissues, I'm such a crier!

Hope everyone has a good day!!

Well, it's official. My brother is outta high school! The ceremony was great...took lots of pictures. I'll have to post them when I get them back. He looks so handsome in his cap and gown. Of course today, the tears of joy were shed all day. Sometimes I hate being so dang emotional! My Granny was expecially overjoyed today. She cried so much...I haven't seen her cry like that in a very long time. She said that she was so proud of him and she's so happy that he is a part of our family. For those of you who don't know, Marc was adopted at birth by my parents. Granny told him "I'm so proud of your Marc, I know that you wouldn't have been given all of these wonderful opportunities if you weren't part of our family". Sadly enough, it's true. He wouldn't have had such a good life with stable parents and a chance to get an education. His biological Mother is a complete mess and so are the other children that she has. Marc understands all of that and is very thankful for this chance at life.

Ok..enough of all that sappy stuff! I'm tearing up all over again!

Well, that's about all from here. I'm so pooped out...I'm going to bed early!
Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend!
