? Best Guesstimate on Feral Kitten's Age

When I first saw the kittens they were moving around really good, they still had blue eyes.

About what age does the eye color begin to change? 4 weeks? 5 weeks?

I figured the Ferals were about 4 weeks old when I first saw them - with blue eyes - then added the 9 weeks since then, guessing they were about 12-13 weeks old when I trapped them for neutering/spaying.

However, their eye color had changed before that - I just can't remember the week that I noticed one had beautiful gray eyes.
