LOL I do not upload enough stuff on facebook to care whether it gets used or not... I know some people will post poems they write, really artsy photos and it sucks if facebook decides to steal that...
I have face book but there is not alot o it.
Actually, if you read today's news, enough people have made a fuss about it that they've changed their mind about doing this.....smart!
In all honesty, if you're concerned about their TOS, try making sure you read through ALL TOS agreements. For example, you had to agree to one to join this site.
Also, it's common practice for software companies to force you to install the software, THEN tell you that by installing the software, you've agreed to their TOS.
At the end of the day, we're all owned by the software and sites we use. This was just a bit more transparent.
