Help for a Paralized Cat?

I don't know why I cruise Craigslist so much cause things like this break my heart.

I don't personally know any resources that could help with this poor kitty but maybe someone here does. It's Northeast Ohio. I would be willing to email or call the girl who posted this if anyone has any ideas as to where she might find help.

I would help this kitty in a heartbeat if I was in a position to do so.
