How do I get pictures on the right side of my name?

I noticed some of you all have photos of your kitties to the right side of your name (not the avatar but like a little photo album). How do you do that?

At the top under the TCS logo is a bar with links that starts with UserCP, go across to "Your Cats" and click add new cat page

I tried to add one today and got the error message "Permission Denied - there was an error creating your cat image directory - please contact the administrator" ???

This could be to a temporary issue on the server. I'm afraid that due to security issue, we've had to temporarily deny access to the server to unauthorized ip's. I'll post an announcement about this as well. I hope to sort this all out by the end of the weekend.
