I seeing "before and after" pics

What could be better than having a whole thread of them

Please post your before and after pics.... whether it be of a cat you adopted and rehabbed, or a kitten to adult, etc.

Before: When I first got Kizzy.... he was underweight, coat was scraggly, etc.

After: Now... beautiful fluffy coat, coloring has changed, weighs bout 8lbs now.

So cmon folks.... please

WOW - that's an amazing transformation!!!!!!

Kizzy looks great. Good job on getting him better.

I love Kizzy - he looks wonderful now.

Ok here is Fluffy when she was just a 7 week old Tot with my 9 year old boy Elmo

And here is Fluffy now - 10 months old

Wonderful transformation.

Here's mine.

Luvbug when we first adopted him.
He was two pounds + underweight and his coat was dry, shaggy, and very dry and brittle. Someone (we think) either threw him out for some reason or he was scared of something (We had a 6.5 earthquake that year). He was friendly and already altered.

Now

He is now a healthy weight and his coat is beautiful.

The other three - Sphinx (RB cat), Kuce and Lil' Jag also were adopted but didn't make such (or need) dramatic transformation.

Just a few of mine:

Muddy and Koko the day after they were orphaned. Muddy's eyes opened that day and Koko's the next. They were so tiny!

Muddy and Koko as adults:

Stumpy, about a month after we found him. We heard a kitten screaming in our storm cellar and when we went out to investigate, found Stumpy, probably 5 weeks old and his tail had just been amputated by something that fell on him in the cellar.

Stumpy much later. He really loves dogs:

Scarlett (with brother Twinkle Toes) about a month after we found them. They were orphaned at 3 weeks old:

Scarlett, usually found in her daddy's arms:

Lucky Pierre - the day that his feral mom brought him out of the woods to avoid a tornado. I think he's the red in the back. His mom dumped them in a flower bed at the back of our house. We built a shelter out of plywood and concrete blocks immediately, and an hour later, the tornado passed overhead. Mom brought a 4th kitten up the following morning. His mom and all of his siblings had FeLV. Lucky is appropriately named.

Lucky Pierre later:

Spanky and Oscar, days after someone dumped them at my house. Oscar was no more than 5 weeks old and Spanky about 8 weeks old. They were both sick when they arrived, but Oscar took a year to pull together entirely:

Spanky later. Yes, he is my weight challenged boy:

Oscar later:

Here's pictures of Nora the day we got here. She was around 10 weeks old. I haven't looked at these pictures in forever, she doesn't even look like the same cat! I had originally named her Hemi, but hubby didn't like it. I'm glad we renamed her Nora, b/c that fits her so much better.

(this is her favorite kind of toy, even now, and the only thing she will fetch)

These were taken tonight, since I was making a new sig. I love the color her eyes turned into. They haven't been edited at all. I love how bright yellow they are!

Nora being sultry for all the tom cats. LOL

I was holding her fuzzy ball above my head to get her to look at the camera (in fact the same one in the first couple pictures! LOL The one she looks mad she was just about to pounce.

This was taken a couple months ago, so she has gotten even bigger, but she is in the same spot on the sofa as she is in the first pictures, so you can see the size difference.

See now, this is what makes it all worth it. Seeing the remarkable transformations in kitties who have been given a good home

They are all gorgeous.

Some of the kitten to adult pics, the changes are amazing

I wish I had a pic of Kizzy when he was just a wee one, but I didn't get him till he was 5mos old.

Gorgeous gorgeous kitties.... please keep em coming. It doesn't matter if they had health issues or were fine when you got em... we're just showing the change. And maybe some sappy reminising of when they first came home to you

She was tiny, and only 6 weeks old, too young to be from her mum But no shelters had any kittens at all and i had a hard job finding one until i found her at one of the very few pet shops that sells kittens now, thankfully.

She started talking from being just a few months old, and never stopped
