Tigger is home from his appt, the oncologist saw no mass
He said on the x-ray it looks like his kidneys were overlapping and showing up as a mass
But there's still the matter of him not eating well

Anyone have any idea what this could be? Ann said that when Tigger tries to eat he's turning his head in an odd way almost all the way around, at first she thought it was his teeth, but supposedly they examined them last week and said they were fine

That is really odd. But if Tiger is going on several days with little food and the vet can't come up with a reason, I think maybe a second opinion is in order. Tiger doesn't sound like he's in good shape and he needs to see a vet that'll address his condition with a little more urgency than the first.

Major vibes to all of you that the problem is discovered soon!

That`s weird. I don`t know what would cause that but could she not get a second opinion?

I hope he gets better soon.

This is going to sound really stupid and really simple but did they check his ears?

I know there is something that can happen in dogs, not sure about cats, but it is an inner ear infection or disturbance of some type that can cause these types of symptoms. They get nauseous like motion sickness and they also have weird neurological type symptoms as well.

It is a long shot, but if they have ruled out the typical pancreatitis, IBD, Lymphoma, blockage route this might be something to check.

Still sending lots of healing energy Tigger's and Ann's way.
