I really really dislike non clumbing litter. I was wondering what age it would be okay to switch them over to clumbing. Stormy does try to eat the non clumbing

Clumping litter is very bad for kittens. My babies were eating it, so I switched to Swheat Scoop. I would wait until they're 4 months old, but that's just my opinion! Stay away from clay litters, they can harm the kittens. Use something natural, like Swheat Scoop or Yesterday's News!

I switch at 6 months. I have never had a kitten that ate litter, unless it was stuck to his paws. So you might want to add some nutrients to this cat's diet, or get him a small rawhide chew toy.

Yea, I didn't even know that there was a problem to kittens with litter. None of the kittens I have ever had has ever tried eating it.

they aren't actually eating real food yet. They lick canned food and I think they might have just started nibbling on dry but they are still nursing. Stormy is the only one that is doing it. Just gets some in her mouth and then spits it out
I think she just likes playing with it. They are five weeks old today.

My babies were 5 weeks old yesterday! Chaos eats dry food and drinks water. He also uses the litter box. Isis gets the food in her mouth and spits it out! Zues does'nt pay attention!
