Fun, cheap toy idea

I just wanted to let you in on a little trade secret.

If you take a no-metal hair tie and cut it at the seam (where it's glued together), it turns into a stretchy, wormy shape. I'm pretty sure Mony thinks it's a real worm.
I just dangle it in front of her and toss it a little bit and she goes nuts!

I think your cats could have a lot of (supervised) fun with it!

My cats love the thick hair bands that are glued together (instead of the medal connection). We don't cut them but they drag them all over the house and hide them in funny places. One of my girls loves the bouncy balls you get out of the gum machines. She picks them up in her mouth, carries them up the stairs then drops them and lets them bounce, bounce, bounce all the way down. Then she runs downstairs catches it and does it all over again. What a hoot to watch!!

that is so cute...I can just picture her taking it up the steps
Itty Bitty will climb up the back of your chair and try her hardest to get your hairbow
I always end up just giving it to her

My Ricky Bobby tries to take them out of my hair too! He has lost so many of my hair ties, it is ridiculous!
