I got new orthotics in December and finally got around to cutting them down to fit my shoes.

It's so nice to not have any foot pain or painful burning and calluses after a day of walking.

What kind? I have bad knees and ankles so anything that takes the strain off of my legs is a good thing.

Foot orthotics. My chiropractor had me step in a squish box to get a form of my foot then sent the mould to a place that made the orthotic.

Ah, so they're custom. No wonder they're helping so much. Hmmm... I should think about getting that done.

Yeah. For any foot orthotic to make a difference they have to be custom made for your foot. Because they are designed to correct your personal foot problems. There is no such thing as "one orthotic fits all."
