Personally, I don't discriminate. As the saying goes, more cushion for the pushin' Secondly, I'd choose the 'before' girl on the left, as the one on the right has a armpit hole in her shirt! Not acceptable!

Actually, it's a bunch of bull. I clicked on it because I was curious - figuring the old rule was don't eat after say... 8 pm... or something like that.

But it's an ad for acai berries and a colon cleansing drink.

im not fat, im within my wieght range for my height, (the higher end of the range lol), but ive come to accept my big butt ( guys love it for some reason), and i have a little pouch belly, no flat belly for me, i obsessed a very very long time about my wieght and finally i came to the conclusion that i accept myself as i am, and instead of going on all these stupid diets to shed 15lbs, i simply watch what i eat...no calorie counting, i just plan reasonable snacks and food for the day, and i dont deny myself, if i want a candy bar,i get one, if i want a piece of apple pie before i go to bed, i have it! and i honestly think that this is the best diet i put myself on because theres no stress of unallowable foods or coutning calories, and my only goal is to hold steady at the weight i am now, i myself 1x per week and its been working out great.
