Hello everyone, I haven't been in the forum for a long time (last login August 2008 so....
)

This question might be boring for some and interesting for others, it's about the economy nowadays.

So everybody knows the economic situation in the world isn't good at all, but if you read the news lately the British Pound slumped a lot so far from last year, and I was wondering what is your opinion?

The US Dollar has never been stronger than the British pound, the closest rate was 1.05 in 1985.

Do you think there is a chance that history would change and the British Pound would go less than the US dollar, or perhaps this record can never be broken?

Have a good day!

I say no, because imo, it is the USD that will lose more value than the GBP- maintaining the current status quo.

Anything is possible, but I find it very improbable that the USD will ever be srtonger then the GBP. I think that they will both be droping in value, but I agree with Februa, the doller will loose more value over all.
