No, it's not on the ingredients list, but watch this video. After the chipmunks drink the coffee - the reaction they have.... well, that's kitty right now.

I started transitioning her to eating some dry food today so she'll always have something to eat if I haven't put wet food out when she's hungry.

She is everywhere... sprinting from side to side of the room and in circles. She's run twice into the mirror trying to head-butt her reflection.... she's just massively hyper!

I don't think I should be worried. So far it's just been more funny than anything watching her get all that energy out. I've put some pillows up against the mirror and some other things so she doesn't crack her head open smashing into things like a race-car with nitrous oxide.

My mistake. It wasn't the dry food causing the behavior. She's loving the dry-food though which is good since I have it in a feeder that will last her a good few months.

I assumed it was the dry-food because the behavior started the same day as I started her on dry food, leading me to think it was nutrition related.

It's not. It's her new safety collar. I bought her a little pink safety collar with a bell so that I'd be able to verify she's in the room through the sound of the bell. She LOVES anything with a bell. So when she figured out that she could run around and make the bell on her collar ring, she was having fun with that.

It only dawned on me now when I woke up to use the ... ehem... restroom at 4:30 AM. She was running around again, so I took the collar off to cease the noise she was making (so she could play and I could go back to sleep). The running around stopped almost immediately.

So, I was wrong. It's behavior related, not nutrition related.
