He thinks he's a monster!

Ricky Bobby is in one of his manic moods right now, he's tearing through the house, running at full speed and just acting like a nut! I went into the rest room and I could still hear him running around, then t went silent. I thought what did he get into? I came out of the restroom and as soon as he haerd the door open he let out a very small, kitten like meow. I walked into the living room and he ran out from his hiding spot, ran right in front of me, stood up on his hind legs and let out a growl like meow, teeth and all, waving his front paws in the air, the ran off! What in the world was that RB? I swear he was showing me his best "monster" imitation! lol Silly cat! It was so funny, you just had to be there to see the look on his face.

He "mugged" you, as our Punkin loves to do. We play along, usually. He hides in one of three places or so, and when we come by, he jumps out, does the "scarey kitty impression," and then runs off, wanting us to chase him.

Hide and seek, in other words.

Yeah, I kind of thought that's what Ricky Bobby wanted, because when he ran off he looked back at me and meowed as if to say "well, are you gonna chase the monster?" I just thought it was hilarious cuz that's the first time he's done that!

It sounds to me like you have a perfectly normal and well adjusted cat!

Some would say that this is a contradiction in terms.

Haha... so true. How old is Ricky Bobby? I'm hoping my kitten outgrows SOME of her feistiness, though I must admit she's pretty tame so far... *knocks on wood*
