Did you put posters on your bedroom walls when you were young?

Ahhh, we're about the same age!!
My room was wall to wall Duran Duran. I even bought a John Taylor iron-on from a shop for my pillow case, so I could kiss him good night every night. I have pictures somewhere and I swear ANY wall space from floor to ceiling was covered with pics. I actually did drag a ladder into my room to get as many pics up as I could.

I did have one poster of Wham and one of the Police (Sting STILL makes me weak in the knees).

And boy bands were just starting up then, so all of them too!
It's like we shared a room

My sister and I used to cut pictures out of Tiger Beat and hang them up on our side of the room (I shared a bedroom with my 3 sisters). She had a thing for Shaun Cassidy, and I liked Parker Stevenson and Dirk Benedict. My friend Pam and I used to draw pictures of Starsky and Hutch. I liked Starsky, and she liked Hutch!

I've had a few posters - I'll still got some up that Danielle (Huggles) sent me a few years back!

My walls are mainly covered with cats - photos of cats, posters of cats and of course ribbons and rosettes that my cats have won!

Bobby Sherman and David Cassidy.. I cut out all the pics of David Cassidy from Tiger Beat Magazine and papered the wall by my bed with them.

What? No mention of The Bay City Rollers, Leif Garret, Christopher Atkins (The Blue Lagoon), or Dirk Benedict (The original Starbuck -Battestar Galactica or A-Team for you slightly younger folks)?

Oh gosh...I had many! One side of my room was plastered with them. I can't remember them all. I know I had Jonathan Brandis, Leo Dicaprio, a bunch of star trek posters - Dr. Bashir, I loved him! New kids on the block. Backstreet boys and N'sync. I can't remember what else.

Oh yeah - Nelly (rapper) in the teen mostly "M" magazines. Now I hang up dog posters from DogFancy.
I need to get a CatFancy one. and when I was younger I put a finding nemo one and it took hours to get it the way I wanted so It's still up.
and I hang up calendars every year on my wall.

Are you kidding? You could barely see my walls for all the posters!

I used to have some photos of my walls I took when I was about 12 or 13 right before I had to take everything down so we could paint. I'd post them if I knew where those photos were... Most of them were movie posters like The Lion King, Jurassic Park (a velociraptor) and that sort of thing. I did have several smaller posters from magazines including one of Jonathan Brandis and a number of posters from Dog Fancy and Cat Fancy. At one point I had a really cute Oneida poster of kittens on my wall as well. Then I also had yet smaller pictures I'd cut out of magazines like one of a really cool looking Irish castle, some images from video games, more animals, etc... I had some photographs taped to the wall next to my bed as well such as some of dogs, my Japanese pen pal and a few others. I also had some stickers on my walls and a dresser covered in stickers. I shared a room with my sister, her side just had an X-files "I want to believe poster" and a picture of a raven I cut out for her from a magazine.
Right now I have several (anime) wall scrolls hung up in my bedroom but I am mostly using those over my windows until I buy some shades or curtains.

I am trying to forget my Bay City Rollers years. LOL But I never had pics of them on the wall. I lost interest in them after I attended a concert they had. They could not sing! I couldn't hear or understand a word they sang.

As an aside....Benedict, and Atkins are not aging well, they both appear to have spent far too much time in the sun.
Leif is still good looking, though he now has widow's peaks and is no longer blond lol

I never had any Bay City Rollers posters up, but I did have a tartan on my wall with their picture buttons on it

Oh yes! I completely forgot about Paul Michael Glaser from Starsky and Hutch! I had posters of him too.

When I was between about 9 and 15-16, it was all KISS! Posters, pinups, album covers, you name it! Then it was hot women posters, Beastie Boys and Run DMC as I had started going to my church youth group.
A little after that, I started cutting the sides off beer boxes and hanging those. After that, I don't really remember except a banner that went the length of my ceiling from a SCORE Baja race.

I also had the back of my door plastered in stickers! I wish I had taken a pic of that!

Bay City Rollers was a little before my time. Not much, but a little!

You mentioned actors not aging well... David Cassidy is so NOT sexy anymore
but Shaun Cassidy doesn't look too bad at all!
