hotwings... here is my recipe. Hotsauce, oregano, mint, thyme and basil and butter. Melt the butter and mix all the spices together( fresh herbs). Take one dozen hotwings( more if more people are coming) and fry them in one gallon of peanut oil until golden brown. pour sauce over them and toss them in a bowl. Serve with blue cheese dressing or ranch.
