My kitten has tested positive for the corona virus and is being re-tested for FIP since the first test was incluclusive. I have received a few emails saying to put her on a all natural food diet and treats. Right now I am giving her purina kitten chow because that is all that's available here on base. They also said to reduce stress on our Kiki. I don't know how to reduce the stress level when I cut her claws, give her a bath or comb her. She starts freaking out and meowing non-stop. I am praying that it doesn't turn into FIP so I am taking extra caution on everything. I even bought simple green instead of using anything that had a sol on the end of it. Any suggestions would be greatly helpful since this is our first fur baby?

I wouldn't worry too much because the majority of cats will test positive for a corona virus-- it's super common and most cats just get over it like a cold. A small percentage of cats are believed to be genetically predisposed to it mutating into FIP. The mutation is very rare, though. My vet said in their whole practice, they had 2 cats with FIP for the entire year (2008).
