Chicken Soup for Cats Light?

Thread Starter
Currently I feed Teddy (1 year) and Milo (9 months) Cat Chow as a free feeding dry. I want to switch them to something better. I was thinking about Chicken Soup for the Cat Lover's Soul Adult Light. I know my kitties are young, but Teddy already has a little belly, and Milo has the beginnings of one. I feel more comfortable having dry food free feed rather than rationing it out. Is the Light formula ok to give my cats because of their age? They also split a 3 oz can of Fancy Feast twice a day.

This is the info:
Chicken, chicken meal, cracked pearled barley, ocean fish meal, powdered cellulose, white rice, potatoes, oatmeal, millet, chicken fat (preserved with mixed tocopherols), natural chicken flavor, salmon, turkey, duck, flaxseed, sodium bisulfate, egg product,
