Poem for anyone whos had a rescue kitty

Hello everyone hope you don't mind me posting this here, and thanks very much for taking the time to read it I'm sure you can all relate to it, we all can, anyone whos had a feline friend

its sort of a poem or my feelings expressed, i'm sorry if there are mistakes, i'm not good with spelling

I give my thanks to you my friend
For the time I first saw you
For the time I first held you as you purred
For the time you came home with me
For the time I knew we belonged together
For all those happy times we shared, you were also there for all the rough
For the time we sat together on those cold rainy nights
For the time All hope was gone from our sights
For the time everythings been bleek and stood still

We never gave up our will
Always there, you are my dear friend
Until the road has come to its very end
When i've been all alone, crying to myself
Thinking I can't take it anymore
They you were with your furry helping hand

With all my confidence gone
When i've felt so worthless
You don't see it so
You love me for me

So I look back on that day I first brought you home
And see how much my life has been filled

For that day I rescued you, you see
You will never know how much you rescued me

i'd just like to dedicate it too my cats Ollie, Rosie, Tabitha, rest in peace all of you my friends

and of course Missy whos with me now all the cats that i've rescued and return rescued me
