Urinating on furniture while in heat?

Do cats urinate inappropriately while in heat? Keller came back from a few days outside and she is in heat, She is very restless and going from window to window. She has twice peed on a chair, different chairs but in the same room.

Yes, they can, one of mine did. Either they are putting there scent out there or they are so uncomfortable they urinate to relieve the discomfort.

Some cats do that.

I am pretty sure she is not pregnant, she is still calling a lot. She is deaf so it was her first experience outside and she was scared and hid for days. She escaped, we didn't let her out on purpose.

Since she was doing all that fighting with the Tom Cat chances are she probably isn't pregnant. Thats such a terrible feeling when one of your kitties gets out. Thats happened to me and I know its scary, they pass you by before you even know they are under your feet. I'm so happy that Keller is back.

They can still call a bit after mating, so don't take that as her not being pregnant. And they often fight the male afterward.
Anytime an unspayed female is outdoors you're best to assume she did get mated.
