what time is the inauguration?

Does anyone know what time Obama will actually be sworn into office? I just turned on the TV and it hasn't started yet, however it's listed as "Presidential Inauguration" ...I don't want to watch all that boring stuff where they show the crowds and the white house for hours ...I just want to watch the essentials...Does anyone know when that will start??
