My husband's snoring cut down dramatically after we bought a new bed! It's not a complete solution but it may help. I also no longer wake up from back pain.

Maybe if he's quieter she'll sleep in the bed too? All of our cats sleep with us, so maybe I should have choose middle as they typically crowd me in.

except not
i sleep on the side furthest from the windows & closest to the doorway. currently, that's the left if i'm lying on my back.
before i moved the bed to this wall, i was sleeping on the right [still furthest from the windows & closest to the door, tho]. i moved it so that if i'm having a migraine [which usually hurt my left temple] i can lie on that side & i'm turned away from the windows.
i've got some light-blocking shades to put up on the windows to replace the mini-blinds that the cats have destroyed.

Well i'm going by sides when you are looking at the bed from the foot. It is generally on the left. But i moved my bed a couple of days ago and now i'm on the right (which is good because it takes alot of effort to turn the mattress around which i really should be doing every once in a while). When i'm at Tristans it's generally on the left because he has HIS favourite side
but if my leg hurts and i don't want to be squished into the corner i make HIM sleep on the right
His room doesn't have enough room to have access to both sides of the bed as he has his HUUGE desk with all his computer stuff on it and it can't be moved.
Oh and if Charlie sleeps with me then it's usually on the diagonal lol

I really can't wait till we own our own house.

Nuh uh...might give me away!
I sleep on the left when I'm laying on the bed.
If I were at the foot of the bed looking at it, it'd be the right.

Not sure how it worked out, but DH and I already had favorite sides and lucky for us, they were the opposite.

if my b/f is in the bed I sleep on the right, if he's not, which is the case most times I'm in the middle

Where my cats are
From the laying down point of view, I'm on the right. From standing at the foot of the bed; I'm on the left.

I grew up with a full size bed and I slept diagonally on it; and that is what DH and I first had when we got married. It took me quite a while to get used to sleeping straight on the bed. Getting a queen size bed after a while deffinately helped!!

If you haven't put them up yet - they work fairly well. We have some in our living room because there's two big southern exposure windows. No one can watch TV with blind-lines all over it.

nope, didn't get to it today. i also prefer shades to blinds because the cats can't/don't seem to damage them [other than the fur covering, that is
].

Usually the middle since Tiger hogs it!
Miagi sleeps with me sometimes but he is more independent. When I had a water bed they both slept with me until one of them clawed it.

Here... or There... Hmmm
I tend to sleep on the left side of the bed, THOUGH, it's always the side away from the wall.. So, it depends on where the bed it. Hubby always get's the wall side or right side.

If I am at my own home for the night, I sleep on the right side of the bed. And if I stay at my boyfriend's flat I sleep on the right hand side...but not for long as he normally asks me to change sides so that I sleep against the wall.

I have voted right for both places though

Mu hubby works nights during the week, so 5 days out of 7, the entire bed is mine! Muahaha!
When hubby's home on the weekend, I sleep on the right side of the bed.

Harley takes up residence on whichever side I'm not on, usually at the foot of the bed. She won't get up in bed when we're both in there, though.

If DH isn't home or in bed, like many other's I'll sort of gravitate towards the middle. A couple years ago I had went to bed early and DH came in later - I was asleep mostly on the right so he didn't move me thinking it kinder to leave me where I was. Not being used to that, sometime early in the morning I tried to roll to my right... with the expected consequences. Too bad there was a night stand in the way for me to hit my head on, it made for a very rude awakening.

Normally I pick the left because I sleep on my left side. For some reason this is more comfortable to me because laying on my back or right side for extended periods makes me sick - nauseous with GERD symptoms.
I stumped a doc with that one.
Same here.

I'm on the right edge of the bed, DH is on the left edge, leaving the middle and bulk of the bed for Tailer and Forest.
