Ewwww, its Monday

Its going to be uber busy at work today, I am learning to dread Mondays because the work literally piles up over the weekend, so its a little hectic.

Its a little milder than last week, thank god! I can't handle the deep feeze for very long. I did get a new puffy coat though, and I can't wait to test it out in the -40 weather

This weekend we got alot done for the wedding: church booked, tuxes picked, met with florist, met with dj

Also, we got our guest list sent off to our invite lady on Friday so she has printed them up this weekend and she is even addressing them for us

Anywho, I am excited that everything is coming together so nicely

I'm just about to go to bed just browsing TCS and having a chocolate milk!

Tomorrow my Nana is coming to look at my kittens and the we're going out to change some tops she bought me and while I'm out I'll buy some cat biscuits

I don't have work tomorrow. I'm enjoying my two days off

Well I see the sun is trying to peek out this morning!!

Got some supper dishes done, salmon cut and in the freezer and the turkey carcass mostly taken care of as well.

Temps are supposed to be better today and we may reach 30 by mid week!!

Not much on tap-will get ready for work in a hour so just doing some household chores until then.

Morning all!!!

The sun is actually shining here and it's not even that cold -15C so I am going to try and get some outside things done today.

I need to clear off the corners of my deck a bit more and put some sand/salt on the stairs as well.

If it stays nice I will head over to the fitness trail for a bit of a hike this afternoon.

The kitties are bird watching, lots of birds at the feeder this morning so I will have to fill those up later as well.

This is a day off for me. I'll probably sit around the house, drink coffee, and surf the internet with a kitty on my lap most of the morning.

Also, and I'm sure you people in Canada and the northern US will get a laugh out of this, but we're having our first snow of the Winter. It's barely even enough to turn the grass white, but it will have people flocking to the grocery stores to stock up on milk, eggs, and bread.

The high for today is 41 (5 C), so in a couple of hours there won't even be any left on the cars and the grass.

Today I have had a day off college because it is closed due to a water main pipe bursting

Haven't been up to much (as usual

) just messin around on the laptop this morning and playing with Mitzi (who has a new nickname - Chuckie - after the evil doll in Child's Play

)

Tomorrow I go back to my once-a-week placement at the kennels/cattery, so I get to have 9hrs squishing some kits!

Good Morning

Well, afternoon

For a Monday, its been pretty good. Had a massage therepy appt. and it was long overdue. I

Ah, evening all! I`ve been so busy today and it`s nearly bedtime already

I had a lovely day yesterday even though it was 38C.
Went for a job interview, not sure if i got it or not :S
Then i met hubby in the city, bought two tops for work, found a new perfume i like, 5th avenue by elisabeth arden, now i just gotta find where my friend bought it for cheap!
Hubby won two tickets to see underworld so we went there. It comes out on thursday over here.

Its not much of a movie except for a lot of blood squirts and wolves biting someone elses neck!
But it does have a sad story line!

Today was a day off...MLK day. DH and I went to get Chicken biscuits at Chick-fil-A for breakfast, then I did laundry, read a book, did my lesson plans and took a nap. It was pretty much low key today. I am excited about tomorrow because my students and I are going to watch the Inaugration!

Can't believe it's Tuesday afternoon already!
