I don't really know what the circumstances are... like is the cat at a shelter or with a person? Also, I'm guessing you mean FIV/FeLV testing. If I really wanted the cat, I would just pay for the testing mysel before introducing him/her to my other cats. You could and should keep the cat separate from your current cats anyhow upon arrival, just to be safe.
