play biting

When my cat is playing, she will sometimes play bite my hand.
I know its a play bite, cause when I first got her she really bit
me & I drew alot of blood, despite the fact she was half the size
she is now.

Still though, I have little cuts on my hand from this play biting.
Is there a good way to teach her to stop biting my hand.

My cat, Larry, sometimes play-bites if I'm petting him and playing with him, but it's a very gentle bite, and as soon as he starts, I say, quietly, "Don't bite" and just remove my hand. He's never drawn blood, though, as I said, it's very gentle.
