I decided to check all of my cat's teeth and one of them has really yellow looking teeth towards the back. HIs gums are a bit pinkish.

What should I do? Or better yet what can I do to get his teeth healthier?

Please advise.

Thanks in advance.

It's this little guy - Kuki

If by "pinkish", you mean redness or inflamed, then he definitely needs to have a dental cleaning done by the vet. It's the only way to get rid of the plaque and tartar and if it is indeed inflamed right now, it will only get worse.

Has Kuki's teeth been seen by a vet recently?

Agree. The only way for a cat to have good teeth is to have a natural diet of raw meay bones. Not always easy to achieve as they are such fussy creatures.

Time for a vet check up. Your cat may or may not need a cleaning, but that's for your vet to decide.

Brushing your cats teeth and good dental treats can help as well and should definitely be something you do if your cat does need a cleaning to prevent the build up from getting bad again.

Thanks. Kuki is only 2 years old. His back teeth look nasty yellow.
and I believe his gums are inflamed. Poor little guy, I feel so bad. I'm waking up tomorrow at 730 am to take him to our vet.

Thanks for your comments! Appreciate it!
